URGENT: JAPANESE NEAR 43RD AND 6TH

i need to figure out dinner for TONIGHT in midtown. i love yakitori totto but we're going to a show at town hall so i'm hoping to find something right nearby because we're cutting it close, time-wise. would love an izakaya with good sushi.

what's the word on naniwa? i've never been...

thanks!

Sushiden is where all my Japanese business-friends eat midtown. they say its one of the most authentic, reasonably priced sushi restaurants in the city. I ate their once, and thought it was excellent. They have two locations, both in your area.

      Haru or Sushi Zen

Never been to Naniwa. If you just want sushi, Sushi Zen is right there on 44th and 6th. Quality is good, but kind of overpriced, especially if you compare it to something like Yasuda (where you get better quality for a better price). They do serve other food in addition to sushi, but nothing like what you'd get at Yakitori Totto.
