Duck Fat?

Is there a place to buy duck fat in Toronto, preferably the west end? Thanks in advance.

The Healthy Butcher sells duck fat and other fats too.

I've also seen it recently at Sobeys (Yonge & St Clair). But don't know if all stores have it.

Cumbrae's on Church has it along with many other hard to find items. They've just opened up a cheese boutique next door and across the street is Reither's, a German deli with fab stuff such as delish smoked porkchops. To me, it's the triangle of heaven.

I store my duck fat in the freezer for future use - to roast potatoes especially!

There's a game vendor in STLM who sells duck fat, you just have to ask. They're on the top floor in the middle on right side (can't remember the name).

Whitehouse Meats does have duck fat. they are at 2972 Bloor St West, Etobicke
