What to bring home from NM?

I'm headed to Alamogordo, NM for Christmas and wondering what Chowhounds would recommend I add to my shopping list of food items to bring home. I love exploring local grocery stores for interesting food and condiments. Are there items that are only available in NM/the Southwest?

Chile. If you can do frozen green chile is fantastic. Red chile can be purchased powdered or in whole pods.

Pistachios - http://www.eagleranchpistachios.com/ is a local pistachio farm with a store.

Tortillas - I liked Roberto's or Albuquerque Tortilla Company when I lived there.
