A Taste Of Quebec Article
FYI to the writer.
Joanne Thompson and Sylvain Landry (of Thompson Landry Gallery, also located in the Distillery) are the sole owners. Chef JP Challet has teamed up with them to create menus for the events held in the space and future plans among many, include creating foods for the TO GO section of the store.
Can you let us know what this is referring to?

I read on this site about a new store called "A Taste of Quebec" and the writer stated the owners incorrectly.

Yes it is. I'm not familiar on how to correctly post things but I'll be clearer next time.
Thanks.

We were just at that shop yesterday. It was quite lovely and it made me feel like I was back in MTL for that moment. The cheese selection was excellent. The woman helping us was very knowledgeable and so friendly.
My only negative feedback would be that the "tarte au sucre" was not well done, considering that it cost about $13-16. I will let you know about their in-house tourtiere.

When you do, please post on the Ontario board, perhaps in the thread I linked above, rather than here on the CHOW Feedback board. That way, people in Toronto will be able to benefit from your comments on this new store. Thanks!
