UES Lunch, near Asia Society?

I know this has been asked before but there aren't many replies on the thread... I'm looking at B. Cafe on 75th. Looks fine to me. Not too expensive yet not too "cheap." My in-laws are taking us to lunch after we check out the museum.

I've had one dinner at B Cafe and it was quite good. I also like Sette Mezzo on Lexington, but it's cash or check only. Quite good Italian food though. There's also the new fish place started by Citarella nearby but I haven't tried.

Any thoughts on the restaurant in The Asia Society? I hear good and not so good...

Unfortunately I don't know anything about it. I'll see what else I can think of.

I like your recommendations very much, just wanted to get the skinny on the cafe if you had it. Thanks again.

I shared a lunch in that cafe at Asia Soc recently and enjoyed it. I'm a vegetarian and had black bean cakes; my companion had the arugula salad and we shared the two dishes. Fresh and tasty - nothing to write home about, and a bit pricey, but for the neighborhood, no complaints. I would go there again. The current exhibit there, of art from the Chinese Cultural Revolution, is fascinating, btw.

I had dinner there. Nothing remarkable except for the fact that it was overpriced for what it was. Atlantic Grill @Third Ave. & 77th is a nice, popular spot. Comfortable, good food and service.
