I am leaning towards Clementine but who else should I consider?
At first, I was going to cater but its turning out to be quite spendy. I want to spend $800-$1000 for food and servers for 30 people.
Looking for california type cuisine/very accessible flavors. Mostly hors d'oeuvres and maybe a few self serve dishes.
