Dress Standards @ I Nonni [MSP]

Greetings all,

We rarely venture to the (other) eastern side of the Mississippi, but this weekend we have family visiting and they have requested Italian. Cucina will not pass the dress litmus test, so I ask of you, Chowhounds:

Are jeans and oxfords/blouses/otherwise casual attire acceptable and common at I Nonni?

    1. yes, absolutely....I believe that's colloquially referred to as "smart casual". just remember to look suburban.
