5 days, 5 meals...
My husband and I will be coming to Paris for the first time this April. We have 5 nights to sample the best Paris has to offer. Here is what we have jotted down so far, let me know if there is anything we are missing or anything that can be improved on. I put my other ideas in parenthesis.
New restaurant: Spring (Hidden Kitchen, Chateaubriand)
Steak: Le Severo (Relais de Entrecote, La Bourse ou La Vie)
Brasserie: Bofinger (Blue Train, Julien)
Wine bar: Verre Vole
Expensive meal: Guy Savoy (Arpege)
I would love to hear your thoughts. I am a first time poster, but often a reader)

Just a couple of things: I say "meh" on Chateaubriand, but that was based on a meal I had back in Winter of 2007, so it may have improved. The meal was fine, the service was spotty. For brasserie, I'd take Julien over Bofinger, again because of the service. But both have very nice interiors.
