Dinner for 7...but probably a loud drunken group

Hello:

We are celebrating a small wedding party for 7 people. This is a heavy drinking group who also enjoy good food. Everyone is staying in on the rocks but would travel if you have any suggestions. This dinner for 7 will probably consist of three courses each person and 10-12 bottles of wine. So a well priced wine list is key or a good BYOB where they can drink and enjoy. Any suggestions?
