Transplanted New York Chefs

Can chowhounds help me identify chefs now working in the Bay Area who moved from New York in the past several years? I'm most interested in visiting restaurants where the chef now runs his or her own smaller-sized operation.

    Two chefs (I think they are husband and wife) from Prune in the East Village recently opened a place in Sebastopol called Eloise. It's fantasic.
