DAL / DFW Best Tuna Tartare

I am stuck in the office on a beautiful sunny Sunday and have food on the brain.
I am thinking about this amazing tuna tartare salad I would get every weekend from Stephanie's on Newberry street in Boston when I lived in the city.
Who has the best tuna tartare salad in Dallas and why?

I'm also craving shrimp tandoori and I can't find it anywhere near downtown (Roti Grill doesn't have) and I am annoyed but that's another story.

It is really frustrating that there is no fantastic Indian food anywhere near Downtown or Uptown Dallas. If you're willing to travel, I've heard Clay Pit in Addison has excellent shrimp tandoori.
