3 Day Trip to Las Vegas

Hello! I'm normally a Canadian Chowhound, but I have a 3 day vacation to Las Vegas coming up. From reading other posts on this forum, I've made one reservation at Picasso and another at Craftsteak. I was thinking of just doing a buffet the third night, but I was wondering if you had any thoughts or suggestions on something good and casual? Also, do you Las Vegas Chowhounds have any good recommendations for lunch places on the strip? I don't want to waste any of my money and stomach capacity on bad meals. Thanks!

There are several awesome, upscale buffets. The one at the Bellagio is amazing but is expensive and usually quite crowded at peak lunch hours. For that reason, I prefer the buffet at Planet Hollywood or the new one at the Mirage. None of these will disappoint you.

Thanks! Maybe I'll try the Bellagio at an off time... it's right beside the O theatre, apparently, and I have tickets there too. :)
