How Far In Advance Can You...

Toast the bread for crostini?

I know it "should" be warm... but if I do it today and serve it tomorrow... how bad is that?

  1. I've made them in advance with no problem. In fact, I've made them in advance and frozen them for later use. Usually I'm putting something warm on top and as long as the crostini are room temperature I haven't had a problem.
