Christmas cookie- ingredient substition help

Hi!

I am making these cookies http://www.northpole.com/Kitchen/Cook... which call for mint flavoured semi-sweet chocolate chips. I can't find mint flavour chips, and instead have purchased semi-sweet chocolate chips and mint extract. Can anyone advise how much extract would be advisable to add?

thanks very much !

Mmm! Sounds intriguing. Let us know how they turn out, ok? I'm pretty curious. :)

I just looked up a mint chocolate chip cookie recipe for an idea. The one at the link above calls for 1/2 tsp but you'll want to check recipe yield and adjust if needed.

Good luck, I just love mint and chocolate together!
