SOC Butcher

Posts from past two years come up with the answer that a) there's not much, if any, b) only Hispanic markets, and/or c) this one:

http://www.eltoromeats.com/

Are there any other butchers south of Tustin and outside of a high end supermarket?

Any reviews of El Toro Meats?

Thanks!

What are you looking for, meat wise?

El Toro Gourmet Meat is awesome. Great premarinated carne asada, among other things.

You might check out Ranch House Meats, which is a small independent butcher shop / gourmet grocer. It's behind the Shell station on RSM Parkway, next to the toll road.

Are you looking for something in particular that the high end supermarket butchers don't have? I have friends down that way that swear by the meat department at:

      Pacific Ranch Markets
      7540 E Chapman Ave
      Orange, CA 92869
      Phone: (714) 639-9792

      One other thought:
