Sushi Classes

Does anyone know of any fun classes where you're taught to make sushi? I'm looking for a gift for my boyfriend and me.

I've heard good things about the ICE classes, but my girlfriend took me to a class through Goldstar, run by Sushi By Simon and it was incredible. And much cheaper than ICE :)

i highly recommend taking the class at SOY in the LES. its a restaurant that done classes on the side.

I was also researching this and found 'sushi samba' has classes that seem fun.

ICE has sushi classes. I have never take the sushi class, but the other classes I have taken there were completely wonderful!

I took the sushi class at ICE, and it was indeed, completely wonderful. Learned alot about all the ingredients, and we made a ton.

We took the beginners sushi class at ICE. It was amazing, and I absolutely recommend it to anyone. We're looking forward to taking many other classes there. Thanks for the suggestion!
