I am looking for suggestions for a quiet restaurant with the following criteria:
- midtown
- italian
- we will be a party of 15 (needs to fit a lot of people)
- good food
- price can be up to moderately expensive ($$$$)

Alto looks good but a little on the $$$$$ end - any other suggestions?

I've had several good business meals at Bistro Milano (55th & 6th). The restaurant has seating for 15 but it's not a particularly large place. You would want to call in advance to ask about arrangements. Service was pleasant and professional in my visits.
