We noticed the new Sparky's BBQ & Burgers and stopped in during the week after Thanksgiving. I had the green chili cheeseburger and my wife a pulled pork sandwich. My burger (about 1/3 pound) was very flavorful and I would definitely get it again. My wife said that her sandwich was very good - the bbq sauce was a bit sweet and spicy. Also the interior is very nice. Its a historic building just outside of town that used to be a convent, and is now a b&b, spa and sanctuary. It reminds me of some of the wonderful places in Santa Fe but on a Hatch budget... it is really worth a stay!
