Tropical Reef Naples RIP

Sadly, Tropical Reef, in North Naples, recently closed. It was one of my favorite seafood restaurants in the area serving a spectacular hot and crunchy grouper. It will be sorely missed. Chef Bubba has started a catering company and I wish him the best of luck.

Yup, have to agree with you Andy. We loved the grouper too. Maybe they'll still make appearances at the Taste of Collier.

What's his catering company phone #, if you have it? I called one I found on the net, and a real not nice guy answered...He never said if he was or wasn't Bubba.
