Best dish at Spago?

I am going there on some one else's dime so I cannot order the tasting menu. What is your favorite dish, and of course dessert?

It USED to be the foie gras five ways...but, alas, it is no more.

The agnolotti are supposed to be one of their specialities, and I found it to be VERY GOOD, but not exceptional.

Every main dish I've had has been amazing. Appetizers/first courses are not really my favorite thing at Spago. Desserts, I like the one that is "butterscotch" something...
