Hello, we're going to be a big group ranging in age from 2 - 78. Any suggestions? I just contacted Lago di Como but they don't have highchairs. We need a place that has highchairs. Any other Italian places that you could recommend? Open to all suggestions . . . Thank you!

Give Sunset Cove a call. The food's mainly Italian and they have some great dishes like their chicken scarpiello, salmon with tapanade and cracklin' calamari salad. Everyone will love the beautiful view too.

Caravela is you don't mind Portuguese, or Striped Bass for nice fish and pasta.

I agree with Sra. Swanky! Sunset Cove is very family friendly, has excellent food and not too pricey. Add to that the ambiance: panoramic views of the Hudson, the Tappan Zee and the Palisades. What more could you ask for ???

Ummm, you could ask for good food? Never been too impressed with Sunset Cove. Yes, good views, but... How about Jack and Dyls (not Italian though, but family friendly with children's menu) or Isabellas? Or for good pizza (but no ambiance, though child friendly) Horseman Restaurant. Good luck!

I have to admit, I'm not that partial to Sunset Cove either - pretty setting... but in our experience that's been about it. I thought Lago di Como used to have highchairs, but perhaps I'm remembering incorrectly. Not Italian, but only a few miles away is the River City Grille in Irvington - kid and adult friendly, and a nicer atmosphere than many places that have highchairs. http://www.rivercitygrille.com/ Good luck!
