It is true that it is not open to the public however all you need to get in is a sales tax license which you can obtain from the Arizona Department of Revenue if you are so inclined. They do have some very good prices on food and some is in small enough packaging to be home friendly. The pricing and selection on restaurant equipment is very good but keep in mind commercial equipment varies significantly from home equipment in many ways and may not always be the best choice. The Container Store isn't food or restuarant focused, but does have a kitchen section and has all sorts of different (and many cool) storage products.
