Anyone know where I can find it in the DC area? I live in Logan, if there's anywhere nearby that would be exciting...

Find a Latino Market (look for the word Tienda) and you should be able to find it.

I don't know about markets, but I know that the Taqueria (behind Johnny's Half Shell) sells it at lunch.

I've seen it for sale at several of the Latino grocery stores in Fells Point (Baltimore) – Smedly's (the coffee shop on Wolfe and Fleet) also sells it.

Just curious, what is Mexican Coke and is it any different from the American stuff? If it's the same thing, I can't imagine it being any different simply because of the almost beatific veneration given to its fomula and legend. Is it the label that is different hence desirable?

It is made from cane syrup instead of corn syrup which is typically used in most processed foods.
