Lucy's on Eutaw at baltimore is a decent-plus Irish pub. The Wharf Rat on Pratt has fine beer and decent food. There's also a quite good Indian, whose name eludes me, in Lex Mkt.
The Indian place next to Lexington Market is Memsahib. I'm not sure if there's another Indian place you're referring to that's inside the actual Market.
