I was just curious what is everybody's opinion on where to get the best cured meats in New York City? Thanks
Off the top of my head-DiPalo's, Despana, Salumeria Biellese, Faicco's, Dean & DeLuca (importer of Salumi products from Seattle), Garden of Eden, Murray's Salumi and Formaggio Essex is where I usually start. Haven't been to Rossi's yet.
