Looking for a really good coffee roaster here in Eugene, Or, I just moved from slc.
I like my beans light city roasted, and so far I have found that the beans are over roasted!

Have you tried Wandering Goat? Their coffee is quite good. You can buy their beans in Market of Choice or at their cafe on Madison.
