Butter Chicken [split from New England]

Slightly off-topic, but there was a recipe for something akin to chicken makhani in the October issue of Cooking Light (of all places!) that is receiving rave reviews on the CL website. I haven't tried it yet but it's definitely on my "to-cook" list!
