Not the kind you get at basketball games that come in bags (those are flavored weirdly and they aren't fresh), but real, pink fluffy cotton candy. The closest I can come up with is at Noca, but I seriously doubt they would sell me just cotton candy. Theirs is pretty tasty though! Has anyone heard of Rainbow Cotton Candy in Tempe? That's the only thing that comes up when I search "cotton candy phoenix" on google. Their website doesn't have much information at all, and they never answer their phone (I've tried on five different occasions). Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
