Favorite Meat Mail Order Gift?

I'm not sure where exactly to post this so if it needs to be moved from this board I understand. I'd like to send my meat-loving relative a good mail order beef gift. I've sent him Omaha Steaks in the past with not too great reveiws. Please Chowhounders, for your favorite meat-loving guy, what mail order gift would you recommend as great chow? Thanks!
