I made some aioli yesterday afternoon. I bought the egg the day before I made it. And since then I have been keeping in the fridge in a bowl wrapped in plastic wrap. How long will it keep?
depends on how long it takes me to get to your fridge with some hot crispy french fries!
or, i'd say 4-5 days, if i can't make it over there.....
at most a week. I like it a coupla days old so the garlic melds with the sauce, much more and you may be playing with trouble (I'd still eat it, but I wouldn't serve it to others after day 4)
