Home Made Frozen Fast Food

I’ve never been a fan of buying frozen snack foods from the store, but as I have become so much busier lately I’m curious if anyone has any quick fix frozen foods in your freezer? I’m not talking about making extra bolognaise or chicken curry etc I‘m referring more about if anyone makes spring rolls, chicken nuggets, mini quiches, samosas etc

I’ll state the obvious. Making a whole heap of garlic bread in advance works a treat. Simply mix chopped garlic and butter together, slice French baguettes almost to the bottom, spread the garlic butter in between each slit, wrap in aluminum foil, place in a plastic bag and store in the freezer. Simply place straight into a hot oven (remove plastic bag :-) ) and cook for the best part of 30 mins.

:-) Thanks for any ideas in advance :-)

Korean dumplings, or mandu. You almost have to make a million of them to justify the sheer effort.

Here is a link to some little quiches you can make and freeze. Actually there are a lot of good things in this thread that can be frozen.

I make a batch of potstickers (can be cooked as dumplings as well) and place them individually on a baking sheet and place in freezer. When they are frozen, I store them in a ziplock. I remove as many as I need and cook them from frozen. They are great to freeze!
