China Bistro is good, but many entrees are fried. It's located in The Waterways. (There's another Chinese place called Fu Xing in the area too)
Weber's is also in The Waterways, and it's a dairy place. My husband and his grandparents LOVE it. They have fish, pasta, salads, and paninis for lunch. Both places have outdoor seating.

Grill TIme is excellent. It's a middle eastern- fusion place. I love the Tori-Yaki chicken. It's a great place to go with a group, because they put out tons of salads and dips when you sit down.

Cinne Citta is in Bal Harbour. It's a fish and pasta restaurant, and it's beatifully decorated, but very expensive.

I love Famous Deli for an inexpensive meal. Typical deli food + salads and meat entrees. We went with my husband's grandparents last year and the place was packed. Really nice waitresses and the food is delicious. I think I got a salad with grilled chicken and sweet potato fries.

Good luck! I can try to remember more places if you're interested.
