Afternoon Tea in Las Vegas

Afternoon tea.

I am looking for an original English afternoon tea in Vegas area... Looking for one with Canapes, desserts, scones with clotted cream and of course a good tea.

Thank you all.

I have had tea at The Four Seasons and at Petrossian's and suggest you look around for a smaller place off the strip. Petrossian's tea was fine but the ambiance is so much of the "tea" experience and it is a nice bar. Tea is served on one side of it and as it is in the lobby on the route to the conservatory , there are a lot of people everywhere. We had tea at the Four Season a few months ago and do not recommend it. We have lunch at the Verandah at the Four Seasons every time we go to Las Vegas as it is a lovely, relaxing room with reasonable prices for lunch. But I did not find the quality of the tea up to the usual level for the Verandah. Nothing terrible, just totally average. Though they did serve a nice bottle of champagne. Quite a small selection of tea. Sorry I haven't had tea elsewhere in Las Vegas.

My wife, parents, & I had a very nice afternoon tea at the Verandah at the Four Seasons. Supposedly reservations are recommended, though when we went we practically had the place to ourselves.

          Their web site is: www.fourseasons.com/lasvegas/dining.html

My wife's write-up of our experience is at: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/537751

I would suggest Petrossian's inside the Bellagio Hotel. It's near the hotel registration, serving classic afternoon tea which cannot be beat.

It runs between $35 and $47.50 depending on the tea and if you want champagne with it.

The Excalibur should have what you want.
