Recs for Fort Davis, Alpine, Marfa?

My wife and I will be camping outside Fort Davis this weekend. Any recommendations for a nice dinner (before turning into our tent)?

I've already searched the boards so please don't tell me to do that.

        One word....Cochineal (Marfa).
        Don't recall their schedule but did write down their phone (432)729-3300. Definately the best dining experience we've had in Texas west of San Antonio.
