Fresh out of the oven is always best as the jucies will tend to sog the bottom crust. I guess you could slightly under cook it and then reheat it, but I'm not sure how it will come out. If the recipe has a drier interior without alot of juice then by all means bake it tonight.
your safest bet is to prepare the crust & filling separately tonight, then assemble & bake tomorrow.
Yes. When I have leftover apple pie, I cover it and put it in a cool spot. It still tastes great the next day.
