Anyone catch this show, it is fun! Gordon has guests, his 4 kids and wife on , competition for a dessert which usually he loses, LOL
Last night was pretty funny!
He and his family were raising Turkeys in their backyard and last night was the Turkey dinner final.
He has raised pigs and lambs in his yard too I believe.
I t goes to show what a softer, funnier side Gordon has compared to his Americanized tv shows Hells Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares.
Also, has anyone tried his new nintendo game?

I love this show and have watched most episodes. I don't his goal of getting more women to cook is going to happen with what he does in those spots, but the rest of it is quite entertaining. I absolutely love the food critic. He rocks.

Unfortunately tarnishing my image of Gordon is an article in today's paper about him having had a 7 year affair with a call girl. I mean, come on Gordon. Your wife, her and ME??? Seriously though, that really brings it down a few notches for me. He's lost a bit of that aura for me - especially after watching him with his kids and those turkeys.

Wasn't that season (series) 2 of the F Word? It was on BBCAmerica about a year or two and i would like season (series) 3 to make it back to BBCAmerica. I really enjoyed it. No, now that I think about it the turkeys were in season (series) 1 of the F Word. In the next season he had the pigs, Trinny & Susannah.

About his personal life, I have been looking at the articles in the Daily Mail and I am trying to keep an open mind. I felt disappointed since he paints himself as such a family man, even openly discussing how difficult it was a first for his wife, Tana to get pregnant. And he frequently shows his family on the F Word. I keep thinking headlines about these celebs (even celebrity chefs) sell newspapers and magazines and like my late Mother used to say, "we don't know what goes on in someone's bedroom." So who knows how much truth there is to all of this.

Seriously, I hate how he is portrayed in American tv shows, he is so much nicer on BBC, while he's still tough, you get to see a softer side too. I especially love the F Word, it shows just how passionate he is about cooking and he looks like he is enjoying himself.

I love when he is talking about food and he bounces up and down. So excited about it. Food Network Canada is currently showing the turkey season. I still have this week's to watch but last week was rather distrubing when they showed the turkeys being killed. Educational, but disturbing.

I doubt Food Network in the states would pick up the F Word. It is a delight. Like I said it was shown here on BBCAmerica and they haven't gotten around to the 3rd season. He is more likeable on his own shores. I think FOX butchers him. He is heavily edited to appear the mean guy. And Gordon has passions, especially about food. Speaking of the turkeys being killed, wait until the next season when he has the pigs and takes them to the slaughterhouse himself. In the states they wouldn't show the whole thing, I had to go to youtube to see the episode in its entirety.
