Soft ginger cookies?

We want to get our boss his favorite cookies for his Bday in december. What bakery makes the best soft ginger, sorta spicy cookies?

I think the TJ ones are called Roos{?} And they're really good.

Whenever I go to Cheebo's, I always order their deliciously soft Ginger Cookies. I haven't been in awhile, so I'm not sure if they still make them. But when I was a regular customer, they were always on the menu. Keep in mind, though, that this a restaurant and not a bakery. But, hey, give it a shot.

I have a great homemade recipe, but if you're not into making them, the ginger cookies in the white bag at Trader Joe's are a good substitute. They're chewy and spicy with little bits of crystallized ginger.

(I think they call them molasses cookies, FYI)

I was going to say the same thing-although I thought they are called Aussie Ginger Cookies or something-the bag has a kangaroo and says they are made with crystalized ginger (which they are)-I enjoy these very much.
