Best Marinated Octopus in Toronto

Having had marinated Octopus in Paris that was to die for...marinated in red wine, then in boiled salted water, with capers & olive oil with other good things like peppers thrown. I have Joso's pretty good but really cannot stand their attitude. Other places make with too much vinegar...suggestions fellow chowhounders?

I've heard that Chiado does a great octopus...haven't been myself. Yet.
