Which recipe should i use truffle salt?

I am making 3 different tarts for Thanksgiving appetizers. I just bought a jar of truffle salt from Sur La Table. Do you think I can use it in any of these apps instead of the regular salt.

1) Fig, Prosciutto and Chevre Tart
2) Swiss, Carmilized Onion and Tomato Tart
3) Provolone, Capicolla, Roasted Red Peppers, Cream Spinach Tart

Do you think any of these will benefit of using this incedible salt?

  1. I have that salt and absolutely love it! I think it would go especially well on tarts number 2 and 3, but honestly, it would probably be delicious in all 3. FYI, I store mine in the fridge b/c the salt tends to clump if you leave it out at room temp. I find it keeps better in the fridge. It's also really good on lightly buttered popcorn, so be sure to give that a try. Good luck!
