Good Falafel around Columbus Circle?

I'm dying for Falafel. I'm stuck within a +/- 5 block radius of 56th Street. I'm totally up for going to a cart, but I was hoping some Chowhounders might have some suggestions. I've been to Pita Grill (Good carrot tahini, bad Falafel and worse prices) and in a moment of desperation I even gave the Pick-a-Bagel stuff a try. I need a reputable fix in the area.

Suggestions?

Azuri Cafe, hands down. In my view, the grumpy proprietor only enhances the experience.

Is that around here? I went there once and had one of the worst meals of my life. It must have been a fluke because everyone directs me there.

Yes, 51st between 9th and 10th but closer to 10th. I find it reliably delicious, especially if you dine in.
