Like a taco truck, but minus the staff--just an empty truck with cooking equipment and a serving window. I don't have any idea where to start looking for this, or even quite how to google it. This is for a backyard wedding. We have a full RV hookup in the backyard, and we have the food and various folks in mind to do the cooking, but we'd love to keep the whole thing outdoors and a mobile kitchen seems a neat way to go. The garage itself can make a decent kitchen if you can strap together a lighting system. You can even rent a beverage dispenser to function as a hand washing station with gray water bucket underneath...
