There's a new Mexican restaurant adjoining the Chevron @ Alma & Legacy in Plano (1 block west of 75). It's called Chito's iirc. Small place with good tacos, either bistec, al pastor, or "chicken". I had the bistec (pretty damn good) and al pastor (a bit dry) and a ceviche tostada (good for $3.50, maybe not great). Tacos were $1. The tortillas were thin a la Fuel City, but excellent and non greasy. If you happen to be in the neighborhood, try this place out. Beware the golden colored salsa.
