Hi does anyone know where I can find casings for sausage-making? thanks!

    I don't know about locally, but sausagemaker.com has a great selection, reasonable prices and fast service. i buy all my supplies through them

      In Philadelphia, I buy mine from Cannuli's House of Pork on 9th street.

      They're salt-packed and last forever.

        The butcher in Intercourse across from Intercourse Canning will sell you some. These are hog casings. If you want collagen try Butcher and Packer (www.butcher-packer.com).
