seeking cavier tips...

I opened a can of cavier in May and have had it in the fridge since then... is it still good? how will I know that it is off?

        Cavier has a short shelf life - 2-3 weeks tops if stored at the right temp. It most always should be eaten within 2-3 days of opening. Sam, time for you to weigh in! Smell, not taste should be the first indicator that it is off.
