Cardoons - where can I get them in Texas?

Looking for fresh cardoons - anyone know of any stores or farmers markets? Central Texas is best, but I'd love to hear of any and all sightings...

Just saw them yesterday in Houston's Central Markety (Westhimer and Weslayan).

I would imagine Tom Spicer at Spiceman 1410 in Dallas (Bryan @ Fitzhugh) would be able to locate them when in season.
