Raincoast Crisps

Just had these for the first time last weekend. One of my guests bought them at Whole Foods in San Mateo (San Francisco Bay Area), and they were a great accompaniment to an oozy St Marcellin cheese. They've been mentioned on the Canada chowboards, but I wanted to let folks know that they're available at some locations in the States too.

  1. I have been extolling the virtues of these crackers for years now. They are fantastic. Great to hear that a local (for us) product is making it to the south. my favorite variety is the rosemary ones. I have yet to find a cheese that really doesn't go well with them, hard or soft.

      I've never had a Nanaimo bar, so maybe this makes up for it.

        are Nanaimo Bars Canadian? I didn't even know that. I don't think you are missing much. Yuck. My mom used to make them every xmas. Not a fan.

    2. We just finished a box of the cranberry variety. Fantastic, and we kept them well sealed and they kept fresh for longer than I thought they would.
