HI, I read some other posts and you guys are all so helpful!!!
We're looking for a working farm for a wedding in spring of 2009.
Ideally with plumbing which can handle 125 people (port-o-potties and wedding dresses seam an off combo).

Any of you guys have suggestions??

Thanks!!!!!

Our farm 270 acre farm, located in Milan (near Rhinebeck and Red Hook) might be what you are looking for. Please let me know if you are interested, and we could send you some more info. You can reach me at mbredhook@gmail.com.

    Thanks.

Not sure what part of the HV you are looking for but I'm wondering if the Muscoot Farm in Northern Westchester could accomodate you.....http://www.muscootfarm.org/

Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Gourmet restaurant, uses food from farm (vegetable crops AND lovingly raised animals). Certainly plumbing LOL There is more on them around the boards and they have a website.

I was just reading through the Hudson Valey magazine and happened to see an ad for Benmarl Winery at Slate Hill Vineyards in Marlboro, ny. They are advertising that they do weddings for an affordable rate. I know it's not exactly a farm but you may want to check it out.....www.benmarl.com
