Wedding Cake??

We are looking for a wedding cake baker in NYC who will not break the bank and make a lovely confection. Any recommendations??

I am getting married in September and we are ordering our cake from City Sweets & Confections. This cake operation is run out of "Once Upon a Tart" in the West Village by Deborah Lauren. Her ingredients and designs seem to be top notch and she's charging about $7 per slice.

I had wedding cake from Alice's Tea Cup, the bride said the price was reasonable and the cake was very nice. Our cake was from Lady M, on the pricer side for some cake options. What are you looking to spend? Wedding cake bakers usually charge by the slice.

I used cake obsessions. Erica was AMAZING and the price was very reasonable ($6.50 per slice, I think) and the design was custom to match my dress and wedding colors. Besides my husband, it was my favorite part of the wedding!! I think she's at www.cakeobsessions.com
