I recall a discussion of a restaurant near the stockyards of St Paul. Sometime in the 6-8 months (maybe?). Recall that a chef opened the place. Can anyone help me with the name of the place?

I think you might be referring to the Bourbon Street Steak House (200 N. Concord Exchange, South St. Pau).. www.bourbonstreetsteakhouse.com. Although I've not eaten there myself, the criteria you referenced seems to fit. It appears that a new chef has taken over in October, replacing Eric Austin (Big E).
