Are there any sort of fun New Years Eve parties at hotels or restaurants that you know of? What is the best place to eat that is somewhat reasonably priced, something less than $200/person.

I saw a sign for Chandon, I think they are having a roaring twenties party. There is a dinner and party option or just a party option...I think it's $255, for both.
